Weekly Prepay
All engagements are billed weekly in advance. You know exactly what you’re paying. I know I’m getting paid. No invoicing games, no net-60 nonsense. Scope is locked for the week — new requirements go into the next paid week.

Async-First
Communication happens via issues, PRs, and documents — not meetings. Deep work requires uninterrupted time. Status updates are written, searchable, and don’t require scheduling. Timezone differences become irrelevant.

Scope Freeze
At the start of each week, we agree on scope and Definition of Done. That’s what gets delivered. No mid-week pivots, no “quick additions.” This protects both of us from scope creep and ensures focused delivery.

Your Code From Day One
Week one: repository created in your account. Every commit goes directly to your codebase. You have full access, full control, full visibility — from the first hour. The cycle is simple: prepay → week of work → commits in your repo. Repeat. If we part ways, you keep everything. No hostage code, no “let me package that for you.”

Engagement

Standard — $15K/week. Complex tasks, normal priority.
Hard — $25K/week. High ambiguity, multi-domain, elevated priority.
Emergency — $35K/week. Immediate start, queue priority.

Minimum: 2 weeks for new clients.
